Tailored Solutions
If hearing loss is detected, we’ll guide you through your options with no pressure—just independent, professional advice to help you make the best decision for you.

Wax Removal
Hearing improvement can sometimes be as simple as a quick and effective wax removal procedure. Excess earwax—something many people naturally produce—can cause discomfort, muffled hearing, and even temporary hearing loss.
Our qualified audiologist uses a gentle and precise microsuction technique to safely remove earwax, restoring clarity to your hearing and improving overall ear comfort. This quick, painless procedure ensures a safe and effective solution without the risks associated with traditional ear syringing.

Hearing Device Aftercare
Finding the right hearing solution is just the beginning—we’re here to support you every step of the way with complimentary lifetime aftercare. Through regular aftercare appointments, we ensure your hearing aids continue to work optimally for you.
During these sessions, we’ll check your device, retest your hearing, and provide any adjustments or advice you may need. We understand that managing hearing loss can be challenging, but with our dedicated aftercare, you’ll never have to navigate it alone. Our expert team is always on hand to offer guidance, reassurance, and practical solutions to keep you hearing at your best.
A Service You Can Trust
At Shaw Eyecare, we love to receive feedback on our service. So don't just trust what we say, please take some time to read the feedback we've received from our loyal and valued patients.
